Job Description Ensure implementation of VM strategy to enhance brand positioning and sales across various touchpoints (store windows, entrance, common areas, focal points and planogram of the stores under him/her) Visual Merchandising operations Ensure maintenance of floor standards as per KMP(key merchandising principles) Set up the floor for all new stores as per the KMPs Source and develop display material (fixtures, promotion collaterals and display stands) for VM requirements Develop collaterals to support in-house promotions Conduct store audits to ensure compliance to the VM standards in the stores under him/her.
