Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser will create an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with the HM brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity. The Visual Merchandiser will meet the expectations of customers colleagues at all times, as well as follow all HM procedures standards. This position reports to the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities You support the store to achieve a customer first experience through creating a visual identity through the implementation according to HM guidelines. You support, coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge. You ensure safety, security and administration procedures are always followed. You follow up on Store KPIs and initiate actions to reach our business targets, goals budgets.
