Job Description

Roles Responsibilities: 1) Working on graphics and illustrations and animating them for the videos. Creating special effects and motion graphics, kinetic typography using adobe after effects. 2) Produce complex motion graphic videos, 3D animation videos, Character animation videos, Digital presentations. Create two-dimensional and three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process using relevant software's. 3) Ideating, creating and manipulating complementary compelling and dynamic animated and static graphics to improve comprehension of filmed learning content and concepts. 4) Creating video edits, motion graphics, animations- automated audio syncing, colour correction, grading, audio noise removal, trimming of non-content footage, lower thirds titling, green screen keying, basic titling, logging of content title animations. 5) Ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running of content (continuity, lip sync, focus, order of topics, segmentation into clips) 6) Working with the content team to determine methods to improve learning (notes, multi windows, illustrations, other learning aids) and technically execute the recommendations throughout the lifecycle of a production 7) Create and conceptualize multiple concepts for ads. 8) Create and develop stunning video ads and Gifs for social media and marketing campaigns. 9) To work on various video formats including video ads for digital marketing, Product launch videos, social media content and more 10) Conceptualize, write scripts, Story board for ads and write sound creative copy that compels the user. 11) Audio engineering and selecting appropriate music to set the tone and mood for the video 12) Creating the final cut rendering in appropriate formats. Reordering, fine-tuning footage, adding audio, voice over, dialogues, graphic and effects for the final cut. 13) Continuously discovering and implementing new editing technologies and industries best practices to maximize efficiency. Skills / Requirements: 1) Strong Knowledge of Post-Production workflow, video editing and design experience in Adobe Premier Pro, Final cut Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, lightroom, Adobe Aftereffects, Adobe animate, Autodesk Maya, 3Ds Max, Foundry's Nuke, Blackmagic fusion, Cinema 4D etc., 2) Familiarity with screen recording / web broadcasting software's like OBS Studio, Xsplit Broadcaster / Vmix / Camstasia etc., Black magic stream services, audio video encoders, etc., 3) Must be skilled in setting up broadcast studios and provide assistance to ensure 100% error free broadcasts in the websites, YouTube live and other social media channels. 4) Familiarity with best practices for video recording (Handling professional camcorders related equipment, audio levels, mic set up lighting set up etc.,) 5) Knowledge and good understanding of 2D 3D motion graphics, VFX, continuity and compositing. 6) Experience in editing different video formats and good ability to understand the music and the mood of videos. 7) Should have experience in using Audio editing software's like audacity etc., audio/video encoding formats, knowledge in converting between different formats, compression methods etc., 8) Must be skilled in using MS office applications (Strong Knowledge in power point presentations) and operating systems Windows 10 etc., 9) Proven working experience in video editing and motion graphics, solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages. demonstrable video editing and motion graphics ability with a strong portfolio. 10) BA/BS Degree in film studies, cinematography or related field. Experience in creating educational content is a huge plus.
