USA Book keeper and Accountant

Job Description

Location: Work from Office Shift Timing: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST (USA Shift Hours) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team, catering to US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero software. This role requires strong communication skills as you will be client-facing, ensuring seamless financial management and reporting. Experience in USA payroll processes will be a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records by managing daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and US accounting standards. Process payroll and manage tax filings in coordination with US regulations (experience in USA payroll is a plus). Communicate directly with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide timely updates. Identify discrepancies in records and resolve them promptly. Collaborate with the team to ensure a streamlined workflow and accuracy in reporting. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience using QuickBooks and Xero software. Strong understanding of US accounting standards and practices. Experience with USA payroll processes is a strong advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related tools. Additional Requirements: Must be willing to work from the office during USA shift hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
