Role Overview:

This is a field sales and client servicing role where candidates will be required to travel extensively across Mumbai on a daily basis.

The primary responsibility will be to meet HR Managers, Admin Managers, Directors, and corporate decision-makers to generate permissions and opportunities for conducting Eye Care Health Camps in corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily market visits and corporate meetings
• Meeting HRs, Admins, Managers, and Directors across companies
• Generating corporate tie-ups and business opportunities
• Scheduling and coordinating Eye Care Health Camps
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Regular follow-ups and engagement with corporate clients
• Representing a premium and reputed brand professionally in the market

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Comfortable with daily field visits and client interactions
• Candidates from sales, marketing, banking, insurance, telecom, hospitality, retail, pharma, education, FMCG, real estate, BPO, and service industries are welcome
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred.
