We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Specialist to support US-based insurance brokers and carriers. The ideal candidate will assist in risk evaluation and documentation processes, ensuring efficient underwriting support. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze insurance applications and supporting documents. Assist in evaluating risks and providing accurate assessments for decision-making. Prepare and organize underwriting documentation and reports. Communicate with brokers to clarify details and obtain additional information. Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, industry standards, and regulations. Maintain accurate records and data within underwriting systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in any field. 5+ years of experience in underwriting support, particularly for the US market. Knowledge of underwriting principles, guidelines, and tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using underwriting software and tools.
