About Us: 1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with inhouse clients. 2. Stay updated on industry standards and trends, incorporating the latest changes into your design work. 3. Ideate and Design Interactive Websites, Web Apps, and Android/IOS Applications. 4. Use Color theory, typography and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing responsive interfaces. 5. Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, sitemaps. 6. Design graphic user interface like Landing Pages, Emailers and Interactive elements. 7. Optimize existing user interface designs using Design Principles and Design Standards. 8. Ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and SEO specialists. 9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Technical Expectations: 1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role 2. Portfolio of design projects that showcase your skills and expertise. 3. Knowledge of UI prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch) and Knowledge of UX principles, laws and methods. 4. Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 5. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
