Job Title: Ticketing Travel Expert Location: Gurgaon, India Key Responsibilities: Handling travel bookings for both domestic and international destinations. Issuing tickets, making reservations, and assisting with changes to bookings. Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel plans for customers. Provide accurate, timely, and efficient customer service. Stay up-to-date with new travel trends, offers, and ticketing systems. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to ticketing and travel arrangements. Ensure all bookings are processed and confirmed correctly, including fare calculations and itineraries. Assist customers with travel documentation (passports, visas, etc.). Key Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in ticketing and travel coordination, preferably in a similar role. Strong knowledge of ticketing systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. Experience with international travel regulations and visa processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of airline and travel industry standards and fare rules. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Preferred Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Travel and Tourism or related fields.
