Role of a Travel Consultant Travel Expert is to Plan and organize holiday requirement of a Traveler Establish exactly with research and calculations, the needs and travel requirements of a Business or Leisure holiday customers Job role includes planning and selling the means of Transportation, Accommodations, Sightseeing & Activities Plan, organize, and coordinate tour packages, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently. Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide customized solutions. Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, airlines, and other service providers to arrange travel accommodations. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order. Monitor tour operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure the best deals for clients. Conduct market research to identify new travel trends and opportunities. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations in all tour arrangements. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information.
