Job Description

Should be a AR process & system expert for the client aligned with Should clear the certification program To conduct training on pre process, process & systems for new hires as well as refresher training for existing staff Need to be updated with process updates, quality parameters & system enhancementsp To be able to coach new hires/existing staff & monitor their progress Will be responsible for the new hires till completion of OJTMaintain Daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for the training team Accountable for training deliverables like yield, training quality and training on time when training a new hire batch Coordinate with Assistant Manager/Manager Training to create training modules and update training modules basis the updates Maintain Daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for the training team Will have a blended profile when not in a batch, 4 hrs production & 4 hrs training. Training activities to be assigned by the manager. Should ensure that there are no HIPAA violations and adhere to the ISO guidelines Experience and Qualifications: Work experience of minimum 12 months on the floor or 6 months on the floor plus 2 year experience in the healthcare industry AR experience is preferred Proactive & committed to deliver results Keyskills: Accounts Receivable Payment Posting health care KPO Medical billing Charge Entry Customer Support BPO Call Center Customer Service Customer Care Tech Support Technical Support Tech Process Voice Support Desired Candidate Profile Good communication skills (Voice process) & Average (non voice process) Good Neutral accent, no grammatical errors & should be able to comprehend well Average Slight MTI & may have some grammatical errors but should be able to explain him/her easily Should have working knowledge of MS office (esp. word, excel & ppt) Should be open to work in any shifts & travel to different sites per business requirement
