Job Description
Area of responsibilities :
- Collection of information on new tender.
- Get Pre-qualified for New Projects / New Territories.
- Tender documents purchase thru Embassy/Agent/Project offices or directly from client.
- Scrutiny of tender specification.
- Quantity /BOQ finalization.
- Scrutiny of supply offers for technical compliance and price comparison.
- Costing.
- Arranging required documents for bid submission including Bid Security.
- Coordination with Engg./Construction/ Purchase/Finance depts.
- Bid Compilation / Bid submission on due date / Attending Bid opening.
- Post bid clarification response.
- Pre award coordination including arranging Bank Guarantees for the Projects
