We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships over the phone. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our plywood products, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to enhance our sales efforts. Role & responsibilities Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our plywood products. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads, understanding customer needs and presenting suitable product offerings. Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of our product range, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers. Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to customers who have shown interest or require further information. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Sales Support: Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, providing necessary information, and assisting in closing sales. CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system accurately. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed call targets and sales quotas. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Sales Acumen: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
