Job Description

We are looking for someone who is having worked with MS Office and is proficient in generating leads from various sources with strong interpersonal skills Ideal candidate must have 1 year - 3 years of experience and at least a bachelors degree in an applicable field Generate Leads through Outbound calls. Generate the business for the company. Create a database of prospective clients/leads. Pitch the product to the prospective client/lead by fixing a time convenient to them. Follow up telephonically and on emails for an appointment. Maintain the status on each lead so that the information can be used for future campaigns. Coordinate with Sales team for the Client appointments. Assist in resolving customer complaints/disputes. Providing information to customers. Monitoring sales performance. Closing sales deals. Keeping a record of calls and relevant details. Updating customer details.
