Job Description

Generate Leads through Outbound calls Generate the business for the company Create a database of prospective clients/leads Pitch the product to the prospective client/lead by fixing a time convenient to them Follow up telephonically and on emails for an appointment Maintain the status on each lead so that the information can be used for future campaigns Coordinate with Sales team for the Client appointments Assist in resolving customer complaints/disputes. Providing information to customers. Monitoring sales performance. Closing sales deals. Keeping a record of calls and relevant details. Updating customer details.
