Job Description

Job Summary

A Sales manager (Assets & Liability Products) manages telephonic campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. The role focuses on selling retail loan products (Assets) and mobilizing low-cost deposits (Liabilities) to meet assigned financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Outbound Prospecting: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch banking products.
Asset Sales: Market and sell Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.
Liability Mobilization: Source new Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.

Customer Engagement & Support

Lead Nurturing: Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and dropped application funnels.
Product Guidance: Explain interest rates, processing fees, loan eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
Query Resolution: Address customer grievances, product doubts, and fee-related questions professionally.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.

Core Competencies

Fluency: Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written).
Persuasion: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections and rejections.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools LMS and excel
