Experience:3 years. Location:Perungudi, Chennai. Timing:US Shift. Job Responsibilities:. Immediate resolution of technical issues and providing exceptional client assistance. Take ownership of support tickets, adhering to SLAs and resolution time commitments. Availability for client calls, ensuring prompt responses to technical inquiries. Working exclusively during the night shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM). Monitor the health of our systems, services, and campaigns. Becoming highly proficient API Experts to handle complex integration tasks. Participate in continuous product training to drive improvement in support quality.
