Job Description

Bachelor's or Masters degree in the relevant subject. Strong passion for teaching and helping students excel. Good communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly. Responsibilities: Lesson Planning: Assist in creating lesson plans and study materials under the guidance of senior faculty members. Deliver Lectures: Conduct introductory-level classes for students, focusing on building basic concepts and foundation. Student Support: Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic support, helping students with doubts and queries. Assessment & Feedback: Help in the design and grading of tests, assignments, and quizzes. Provide feedback to students on their progress. Classroom Management: Manage student attendance, maintain discipline, and ensure an engaging learning environment. Continuous Learning: Participate in internal training programs to improve subject knowledge and teaching skills.
