- Software installation via remote connection tools
- POS understanding
- MIS reporting (Excel, Word)
- IIS, FTP, SFTP, Firewall, Cloud Server knowledge
Required Candidate profile
- Install software/support at client sites- Conduct periodic audits & assist root cause analysis
- Handle 1st level escalation/maintain knowledge base
- Good verbal & written comm skills
