Our supply chain is currently managed by the Promoter and the ideal candidate should take this entire function over and set up the department build processes and demonstrate their overall capability. Analyze market trends and supply chain data to continuously refine and optimize operations. Implement and manage new technologies or systems (e.g., ERP) that streamline supply chain processes, improve visibility, and enhance decision-making capabilities. Stay updated on technological advancements within the supply chain and recommend improvements. Identify potential risks and disruptions to supply chain operations (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes, transportation issues). Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee the implementation of quality control processes to ensure product safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory levels, shipments, procurement details, and supplier performance. Analyze data and generate regular reports to assess supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
