Superstore Manager - Zepto Details Designation: Superstore Manager I/II - Zepto Core Areas: Warehouse management, Inventory management, Inbound and outbound logistics , Manpower handling . qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate; 1-4 years of experience in Warehouse and inventory management role. Your Role Strong knowledge of first-mile and middle-mile logistics, ensuring efficient movement of goods from origin to destination. Hands-on experience in managing inbound and outbound inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely deliveries. Deep understanding of warehouse operations, including fulfillment centers and distribution centers, to ensure smooth flow of goods. Proven experience managing large-scale warehouses (over 20,000 sq ft), optimizing storage and operational efficiency. Ability to lead and manage a team of 20+ members, ensuring high performance and effective coordination within the team.
