Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions to promote our services.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their needs are met.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the employment or recruitment sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of the education industry and current trends.
