Structural Integrity Engineer Engineering degree in civil/structural engineering 12 to 20 Years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore structural projects) Strong technical & analytical skills Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream business in the following areas Risk Based Inspection methodologies Fixed equipment inspection tasks/ procedures Inspection Optimization Fitness for Service & Life extension studies Repair scope preparation Structural Damage Mechanisms of Offshore & Onshore structures Familiarity with codes and standards Knowledge of software (STAAD Pro, SACS, APM Meridium, Pestra, Credo, etc.) Excellent verbal & written communication Should be able to perform structural risk assessments of Offshore & Onshore structures Experience with fixed and floating offshore structures, such as Concrete Gravity Based, Steel Jacket Platforms, Floating Production Storage and Offloading Units, Semi-Submersible Management of engineering design Perform fitness for service engineering assessment based on existing conditions. Provide repair scope after structural assessments for continuous operations. Provide insights for advanced inspection technologies in civil/structural inspections. Should have knowledge of corrective and preventative maintenance strategy Hand-on experience in developing design calculation sheets for reinforced concrete and steel structures using applicable design codes and standards. Able to identify the anomaly from civil / structural inspection report (for offshore topside/underwater and onshore structure), perform risk assessment and provide repair recommendation using sound engineering judgement and best practices. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Should be self-motivated and focused on achieving business results Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills are essential Should be able to train and mentor new team member to enhance competency and capability in the team Good to have skills: Experience with Meridium / Credo / Pestra and SAP OPITO Certificate Implementation of Automation, AI, IOT techniques Email - Syamala.Kurumaddali@quest-global.com
