Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, including sales floor management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Oversee staff performance, provide guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain high standards of store appearance, ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel industry preferred). Strong knowledge of women's wear clothing lines and fashion trends. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven track record in appealing customers through effective marketing strategies.
