Role & Responsibilities: Assist PMU in reviewing RoW policies of various State/ UTs/ Central Govt. organizations. Assist PMU in reviewing issues, adoption/implementation of Indian Telegraph act 1885/ITRoWrules 2016 and its amendment 2022,2023, The Telecommunication Act 2023 Policy alignment and coordination with states/UTs foradoption/implementation of Building by laws. Policyalignment in States/UTs for adoption/ implementation of Green Energy OpenAccess, single billing etc. Suggest measures to resolve the disputes with the municipalities and state government departments in project execution. Any other role assigned by NBM Requirements Qualification : LLB /LLM Experience : 15+ years of total experience with preferably 5 years of experience in dealing with telecom domain related cases. Key Expectations: Should be well versed in defining, interpreting rules & legal position in existing and revised Telecom policies. Should have assisted the Government departments with legal guidance in their various Telecom/ e-governance initiatives. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be proficient in using IT tools for analyzing data and preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations. Should be able to interact with internal/external stakeholders. Should be able to handle the litigation matters independently with minimal guidance from the department. Should be able to prepare management reports and present it to the higher level of government officials.
