Responsibilities Key Deliverables Drive logistics cost optimization projects across Automotive Farm sectors through strategic interventions like network optimization, warehousing cross dock optimization, process system improvements and other productivity measures along with negotiation commercials settlement Analyse spend and transactional data across inbound outbound transportation, warehousing, line feeding, stockyard operation etc Value stream mapping of various process, gap analysis, root cause analysis, idea generation, solution designing and implementation Operate program office to deliver as per set plan. Prepare dashboards and regular reports to the steering committee on individual workstreams, cost savings, and other KPIs To study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macroeconomic parameters specific to logistics and provide periodic inputs to businesses/sectors Develop models using tech platforms such as SC Guru, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, DAX etc. to aid complex analysis Experience 8-15 yrs of experience Industry Preferred Qualifications MBA , B-Tech / B.Eng./CA from premier institutes General Requirements Functional Competencies: Logistics (warehouse transportation) - strategy and operations Problem solving capabilities , analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities. Stakeholder management and communication - proven record of presenting to senior leadership Problem solving capabilities , analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities.
