Fusionstak is actively seeking a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team within the next 10-15 days As a crucial member of our team, you ll serve as a Software Tester, working collaboratively with development teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products Your role involves identifying, documenting, and assisting in resolving defects, ensuring our software adheres to the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance Join us to contribute your expertise and be a vital part of our commitment to delivering top-notch software solutions Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers and developers to understand project requirements and timelines. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project specifications. Define test objectives, scope, and success criteria. Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools. Identify, isolate, and document software defects, and track them to resolution. Perform regression testing to ensure that fixed defects do not reappear. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools. Continuously enhance test automation coverage for efficient regression testing Generate comprehensive test reports that include test results, defect status, and recommendations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of test cases and procedures. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues. Participate in project meetings to provide testing updates and insights. Ensure the availability and readiness of test environments, including test data and configurations. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies. Conduct performance testing to assess software scalability, load handling, and response times. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing in an IT industry environment. Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and tools. Proficiency in test case design and execution. Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (eg, JIRA, TestRail). Basic understanding of programming languages (eg, Java, Python) for test automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. ISTQB or other relevant certifications (optional but a plus)
