Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, specializing in Performance Testing As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability of our software products under various conditions Roles and Responsibilities: Performance Testing: Design, develop, execute, and analyze performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our software products. Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for performance testing. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools to simulate load and stress conditions. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization. Scripting: Develop and maintain performance test scripts using scripting languages such as Python, Java, or others. Monitoring and Diagnostics: Monitor system resources during performance tests, diagnose performance issues, and troubleshoot as necessary. Documentation: Document test plans, test cases, and test results thoroughly for future reference and reporting. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to address performance-related issues. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on performance testing. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or others for test automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relevant certifications in performance testing (eg, ISTQB Performance Testing Certification) are a plus.
