Dalmia Polypro is seeking developers in building a SaaS based solution on Blockchain to be deployed across the waste management supply chain. Requirements Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-quality, testable, and efficient code, adhering to established software development best practices. Build, enhance, and maintain robust, scalable, and cutting-edge web applications using PHP frameworks. Implement seamless integration of data from diverse back-end services and databases to ensure smooth functionality. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements and specifications, translating them into scalable solutions. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date software documentation to support ongoing development and future enhancements. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into the development lifecycle to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Contribute to all phases of the web application lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Required Qualifications Strong knowledge in PHP Good understanding of front-end technologies such as Java Script, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like GIT Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming Excellent relational database skills with MySQL Good understanding of MongoDB Knowledge of Blockchain technologies would be an added advantage Key Attributes Adaptability to diverse business needs : Ability to understand and align technical solutions with the specific business goals and operational requirements of a non-IT environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills : Capable of addressing technical challenges while effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of the business context. Self-management and cross-functional collaboration : Working independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other departments to integrate technology solutions into existing processes.
