Smart Meter / Energy meter R&D Test Manager / Engineer India Experience: Smart Meter / Energy meter R&D Test Manager / Engineer Skills:Smart Meter / Energy meter R&D Test Manager / Engineer Technical Skills Domain knowledge of Smart Grid/ Advance Metering Infrastructure (AMI)/ Automatic meter reading (AMR) and HAN and all standards pertaining to meter testing. Should have extensively worked on testing of different metering and communication hardware such as DLMS/COSEM, MODBUS,etc. Sound testing knowledge of RS232, RS485, RF, GSM, GPRS, NBIOT and other wireless communication technologies like Head End Systems, etc. Must be conversant with testing of SMPS power supplies, DC-DC converters, voltage booster designs. Must be familiar testing of electronic design with mechanical enclosures, and have adequate knowledge of standards pertaining to various protection like dust and water ingress protection, and tests pertaining to plastic parts. Preparation of TEST JIGs for inward components/ Production floor. Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech /M.E /M.Tech in Electronics & Communication /Electrical Engineering/ Tele-communication with 3 - 7 years experience in smart energy meter testing domain.
