Job Description

What you will be doing:

You will join the Strategic Innovation and Operations (SIO) team, responsible for developing automated solutions for Global Cybersecurity Operations. The team manages all aspects of automation, including SOAR capabilities, threat response capabilities and deployment pipelines.

The TOSCA & ATF Tester is responsible or designing, developing and executing automated and manual tests to ensure the quality, stability and reliability of the ServiceNow SIR module and associated integrations. The role focuses on using Tricentis TOSCA and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to support functional regression and integration testing, enabling safe and efficient delivery of platform changes.

Working as part of the SIR POD, the tester collaborates with Global Cybersecurity Operations (GCO) teams, and platform teams, to validate new functionality, support release, and ensure changes meet functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA and ServiceNow AFT
• Execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow SIR changes and releases
• Support test planning, including defining test case scenarios, test data and acceptance criteria
• Identify, log and track defects, working with developers and administrators to support resolution
• Maintain and optimize automated test suites to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency
• Support release cycles by executing test plans and providing quality assurance sign-off
• Work collaboratively within the SIR POD to ensure testing is aligned with delivery priorities
• Maintain clear documentation of test cases, scripts and results

What you will bring to the role:

To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the technology sector with the following skills:

• Expertise in creating automated test scripts and managing test suites within TOSCA & ATF
• Analyze test results and work closely with development team to identify and resolve issues
• Document and report test results to project stakeholders
• Experience in writing Tosca scripts for Web and Desktop applications
• Experience in API Automation using Tosca
• Experience in functional and automation testing within ServiceNow SIR
• Understanding of security incident response processes and lifecycles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within the SIR POD and with diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated and possessing of a high sense of urgency and personal integrity

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR)
• TOSCA Certification
