Job Description

Job Title : Sr . Marketing Executive Qualification : Any Graduate Experience : 5+ Years of experience Must Have Skills : Proficiency in marketing automation platforms Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and make data-driven decisions. Good to Have Skills : Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and web. Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally. Roles and Responsibilities : Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.). Ensure campaigns align with company goals and objectives. Content Creation & Management: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing materials. Support content calendars and help maintain a consistent brand voice. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics. Support social media advertising initiatives. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing events (webinars, conferences, product launches) to promote the brand and engage with customers. Customer Engagement & Retention: Develop initiatives to engage existing customers and enhance customer retention through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and loyalty programs. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Prepare regular reports and recommend improvements. Brand & Communication Support: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials, both online and offline.
