About the team : Our Driver strategy team is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy to lead the strategy and implementation of key initiatives with respect to Driver payouts and engagement. The candidate will be a part of the central strategy team for Swiggy, with a unique capability to influence and impact outcomes across all of Swiggy s business lines. As the Senior Manager, Strategy - Driver In Initiatives at Swiggy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic initiatives related to our delivery executive ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned strategist with a deep understanding of the on-demand delivery business, a knack for data driven problem solving, and strong leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Develop and execute the overall strategy for the drivers segment, aligned with Swiggys broader business objectives. - Identify and prioritize key areas of growth, optimization & operational efficiencies. -Implementation and Execution. Oversee the end-to-end implementation of strategic initiatives related to drivers, ensuring seamless execution across multiple teams and functions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations ,Product, Consumer experience to drive the successful implementation of projects. Performance Analysis and Optimization: - Regularly monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to driver operations. - Identify areas for improvement and optimization, providing data-driven insights to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the driver ecosystem. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to drivers. - Collaborate with regional and city-level teams to customize strategies based on local market dynamics. Risk Management: - Proactively identify potential risks and challenges related to driver operations. - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of driver operations. Desired skills : Minimum of 4+ years of experience in strategy roles, preferably in the on-demand delivery or e-commerce industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. MBA or equivalent degree in business, strategy, or related field.
