Senior Manager Network & Security Engineering Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for network security technologies, guiding engineering and operations teams

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding network strategies

Design

Develop, design, and implement advanced enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NTP, IPAM, ISE, data center, and cloud connectivity)

Develop, design, and implement advanced security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, DLP, SASE and cloud security and zero trust network access

Create high-level and detailed technical designs, network diagrams, and documentation

Ensure network architectures meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements

Implementation Delivery

Lead the deployment of network solutions in enterprise and hybrid cloud environments

Provide technical leadership in RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and solution selection

Oversee proof-of-concept testing and solution validation

Collaboration Stakeholder Management

Work with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams) to deliver integrated solutions

Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Operational Excellence

Ensure network and security design adheres to best practices for availability, security, and disaster recovery

Contribute to the development of standards, policies, and procedures for network design and operations

Provide escalation-level support for complex issues during project deployments

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

Professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, TOGAF, Cloud Networking Specialty are desirable

15+ years of experience in enterprise networking and security engineering role

Strong background in routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies, IT-OT convergence

Proven experience in cloud networking and hybrid environments

Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Terraform) is a plus
