Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials including but not limited to: Print collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, etc.) Digital assets (web graphics, social media visuals, email templates, etc.) Presentations and multimedia content Branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, etc.) Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements. Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication through visual elements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a similar role. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently. Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
