1. Creative Leadership: Lead the design team in conceptualizing and developing innovative menswear collections in line with brand aesthetics. Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. 2. Trend Analysis and Market Research: Stay abreast of global fashion trends and conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for menswear design excellence. 3. Product Development and Quality Assurance: Oversee the entire product development process, ensuring designs meet quality standards and align with the brands vision. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of design concepts. 4. Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of designers, pattern makers, and other creative professionals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. 5. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets for the design department, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to achieve cost-effective production. 6. Brand Representation: Represent Rhysley Pvt Ltd at fashion events, industry forums, and media engagements.
