Job Description

Role & responsibilities Overlook the complete trade visibility drive across DeHaat Centers Execute BTL campaigns across locations by working in close coordination with local vendors and field executives Monitor & analyse data across offline platforms and deliver good ROI on each of the actions activated Work in coordination with the state sales and extension teams to drive business agendas by fulfilling timely collateral requirements Track and drive participation in regional trade events Prepare reports as per the business needs. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/Postgraduate with 1-3 years experience in executing BTL campaigns Good at Excel Overall comfort of working with cross-functional teams Comfortable in traveling across locations Eagerness to learn Written & spoken comfort in Marathi a plus Perks and benefits
