Job Description

Support the Editorial team lead, overseeing the Editorial Workflow and assignments for the market. Support the Editorial Team in the processing and creation of the database, into our data management system. Resolve and investigate workflow efficiencies and issues with team lead. Run quality check reports and uphold editorial standards by overseeing the accuracy of the content entered into the database. Coordinate to create and maintain wiki documentation. Often will be a key member in projects to improve efficiency of tools and workflows prior to their implementation within the greater team to test, provide feedback and document. Represent Gracenote to international Gracenote teams, external clients and stakeholders. SKILLS EXPERIENCE: A thorough understanding of metadata and its applications. Possesses proficiency in English writing and speaking skills. Good understanding of the global content market. Experience using database content management systems. Proactive approach to implementing workflow efficiencies. Strong client service orientation and excellent communication skills. Interest in and working knowledge of the local, national and international TV scene. Ready to work in a 24/7 operation, including evening, night and weekend shifts. The role is hybrid, so you must live near Nielsen s office. Hybrid Workers are those employees who are working partially from home which is in the same city as the Nielsen office they are employed with and partially from a Nielsen office / site
