Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide design leadership for women's wear collections. Responsible for handling brands like ZARA, H&M AND MANGO. Stay updated on fashion trends and market demands. Conceptualize and develop cohesive seasonal collections. Conduct research on fabrics, trims, colors, and silhouettes. Create sketches and technical drawings for designs. Select suitable materials and accessories for garments. Oversee fittings and prototype adjustments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ensure quality control of samples and production garments. Analyze market trends and consumer feedback. Deliver compelling design presentations. Mentor and guide junior designers. KEY REQUIREMENT Experience with international brands necessary to cater to our global customer base Must have a prior experience in working with a export house.More Info
