DEPARTMENT: SAP Delivery CX Location - Hyderabad/ Pune/ Hybrid/ PAN India Responsibilities: An SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that SAP Commerce Cloud solutions meet business requirements and operate efficiently. Here is a general overview of the job description: Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and configure SAP Commerce Cloud solutions based on business needs. Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards. Lead the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Commerce Cloud applications. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Create and maintain detailed documentation, including specifications, test plans, and user manuals. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations. Strong understanding of e-commerce processes and best practices. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
