Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with trading systems, core broking features, front and back office, OMS, RMS, settlement processes, and regulatory compliance.
Work with stakeholders across Business, Product, Risk, Compliance, Ops, Customer service and Technology to gather, assess and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Define and manage digital roadmap for broking requirements.
Define and document business requirements (BRDs, process maps, user stories).
Track delivery, testing, and rollout of features.
Ensure platforms are aligned with regulatory compliance and user experience standards.
Oversee delivery cycles with Business and Product owners and Tech team to ensure timely rollout of features.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all product change meet regulatory norms.
Coordinate with QA and UAT team to validate journeys and effective product release.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Capital markets, broking lifecycle, ORM, RMS, Ops and trading behaviors.
Experience in creating BRDs, user journeys and test scenarios.
Experience with Agile methodology, sprint planning and product backlogs.
Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Figma, etc.
