Job Description

Managing seller support over phone, whatsapp and email – inbound as well as outbound Products reviewing and on-boarding Onboarding new sellers and doctors on our portal Performing daily operational activities such as managing Unshipped Orders, Order Complaints in the system Research and reach out to invite and onboard other relevant sellers to sell their products on our portal Other tasks / duties as required by your position (as per guidance from your manager) Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate should be proficient in spoken English & Hindi and have good written English skills Any prior experience in eCommerce industry is a huge plus Candidate should have a laptop with good internet connection to work remotely This is a WFH opportunity but candidate location in Bangalore is preferred for occasional team meetings Freshers & women returning back to work welcome
