Profile 1: SCM - Sourcing & Procurement Manager(Job Code # 203)

Summary:

Supply chain management (SCM) procurement is the specific process of finding, agreeing on terms, and buying the raw parts, goods, or services a business needs. While procurement is the vital starting action of buying things, SCM is the large system that handles the entire journey of those goods until they reach the final buyer

Key Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement Operations, with strong expertise in PR to PO, PO Amendments, and PR Creation.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as Manager Role
• Strong experience in end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement Management.
• Any Graduate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Supply Chain and Procurement Operations including PR Creation, PR to PO Conversion, PO Amendments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) activities.
• Lead and oversee Vendor Master Management activities including Vendor Onboarding, maintenance, updates, compliance checks, and vendor governance.
• Manage Contract Management activities including contract creation, review, MSA Management, amendments, and Contract Renewals.
• Oversee Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and ensure timely Purchase Order (PO) creation, amendments, and execution in accordance with business requirements and SLAs.
• Manage Customer and Vendor Queries through emails and calls, ensuring timely resolution and high Customer Satisfaction.
• Oversee DocuSign workflows for contract approvals, signatures, document tracking, and completion.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, operational KPIs, and procurement policies.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reports related to Spend Analysis, Risk Analysis, Vendor Onboarding Trends, and Renewal Activities.
• Manage procurement and supply chain platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP SRM, SAP BAS, Oracle, and Power BI.
• Identify and drive Process Improvement, Automation Opportunities, and Delivery Excellence initiatives across procurement and supply chain operations.
• Ensure Accuracy, Compliance, Governance, and timely completion of all procurement and supply chain activities.
• Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders, Suppliers, Senior Management, and Global Teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead and mentor team members, allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Maintain and review SOP Documentation, support Audit Requirements, and ensure adherence to established processes and controls.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives focused on Quality, Accuracy, Operational Efficiency, and Customer Service.

Profile 2: SCM - Delivery Excellence Partner (Job Code # 191)

Summary:

A Delivery Excellence Partner (SCM) is a strategic quality and operational role within Supply Chain Management. This professional or team ensures that logistics, sourcing, and fulfillment processes run smoothly, meet high quality standards (like TQM or Lean Six Sigma), comply with regulations, and continuously improve efficiency.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 8 of experience as SCM - Quality Partner / Excellence Partner / Compliance Lead
• Minimum 2 years experience working as Delivery Manager Role
• Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Delivery Excellence Initiatives within Enterprise CBO (SCM).
• Ensure adherence to iQMS and quality frameworks.
• Implement and maintain Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
• Conduct internal and external audits and ensure compliance readiness.
• Identify and drive process improvement and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor teams on quality and process excellence initiatives.
• Apply QMS principles to improve process quality and operational performance.
• Analyse process data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement initiatives.
• Promote a customer-centric quality culture across teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Support the adoption of AI-based solutions for quality and process improvement
