Required Skills & Experience Mandatory
- SAP AFS or Fashion/Retail industry experience .
- 5+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP .
- Deep knowledge of:
- AFS Production Planning concepts
- Style, color, size (grid) impact on MRP
- Seasonal planning and demand-driven production
- Strong experience in MRP configuration, demand management, BOMs, routings, and capacity planning in AFS context.
- Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts .
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Fashion or FMS .
- Experience working with global retail / fashion brands .
- Knowledge of downstream integrations (WMS, POS, CAR, APO/IBP conceptual).
- SAP certification in PP / AFS / Fashion & Retail.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- SAP certification(s) preferred.
