Summary of the Position:

Designation: Sales Operation Manager (SOM)

Department: NDT Sales

Experience: 15+ Years

Job Location :  Andheri (W)

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing the Pre-Sales & Post Sales team for day to day activities & monitoring compliance to WI
2. Ensuring Qualitative improvement in efficiency in execution of tasks
3. Ensure smooth operations and act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams.
4. Be a guide, mentor. Create a work culture which promotes team work & inspires individual to perform better

Job Requirements:

1) min 12 years in the back office with at least 4 years in a senior position in an engineering company (trading or manufacturing) with at least 4-5 persons reporting to him/her in the present job.
2) Well versed with sales & post sales process
3) Must have experience to delegate & supervise work quality - efficiency
4) Able to take the responsibility & workload
5) Able to maintain team accountability and act as a guide.
6) Fluent in communications, multilingual

7) Graduate from any stream; MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales / Operations is an advantage.
