E-Commerce Field RE. Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Field Representatives for e-commerce division, specifically in the locations of Bangalore, Mysore, and Coimbatore. The objective of this role is to drive sales growth for our sellers through direct face-to-face engagement, providing consultations and support. Key Responsibilities: - Actively work in the field with flexibility. - Conduct face-to-face meetings and consultations to enhance sales for our sellers. - Carry out continuous follow-ups with all sellers to maintain strong relationships and onboard new sellers. - Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends, market pricing, and advertisement revenue ROI. - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities. - Consistently meet and strive to exceed sales targets for assigned sellers. Candidate Requirements: - The client will assess comprehensive sales skills, including the ability to respond to situation-based questions regarding sales and marketing strategies. - A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is mandatory. - Prior experience of at least six months in sales or a related field is preferred. Compensation Package: - Cost to Company (CTC): 35,000 - Take home salary: 29,000 -Quarterly bonus: 4,000 - Travel allowance: Up to 3,000 - Mobile reimbursement: 500 - Incentives: 3,000 Location-Specific Requirements: - For Bangalore and Mysore: Proficiency in English and Kannada is required. - For Coimbatore: Proficiency in English and Tamil is required. Interview Process: - Interviews will be conducted via walk-in for candidates in Bangalore and virtually for candidates in Mysore and Coimbatore. Note: We are looking for immediate joiners.
