Role & responsibilities The job requires an alert and quick-thinking individual, with a background of sales in a similar or related field. Implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the companys goals and objectives. Establish sales targets and objectives for the team based on overall business goals. Develop effective sales strategies, tactics, and plans to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. Identify new market opportunities and areas for expanding the company's product offerings. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Prior experience in educational sales or admissions is a plus. Preferred candidate profile Diploma / graduation Must have the ability to interpret customer requirements match them to IMMAST offering, and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Maintaining and developing relationships with customer Excellent communication skills
