Job Description
Job Title: Safety Engineer Location: PAN INDIA Company: A Leading Global Safety Management Consulting Organization About the Role We are recruiting a skilled Safety Engineer to be part of our team, with full-time duties across multiple sites in India. Key Responsibilities Oversee safety compliance at worksites, ensuring adherence to industry standards and government regulations. Willingness and availability to travel to customer sites across PAN India and overseas as per project requirements. Create and maintain safety documents, including policies, procedures, manuals, and guidelines. Develop training materials, presentations, and reports. Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for drilling, workover, and surface operations. Implement and monitor effective safety management systems and procedures. Provide training and guidance to onsite personnel regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures. Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety practices and drive continuous improvement. Prepare and submit detailed safety reports to stakeholders and regulatory authorities. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent). Certifications: NEBOSH IGC/OSHA or equivalent safety certifications (mandatory). Experience: A minimum of 03 years of experience in various industries, including Oil and Gas, Steel, Cement, Petrochemical, and other sectors, specifically in the field of Safety. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and compliance in Oil & Gas. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.
