Brief Role : Immediate Opening for Buyer( Merchandiser) - Leading Retail Company Job Description Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends b) Merchandise presentation direction and guidelines c) Open- to- Buy, pricing and markdown management d) Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality etc. and determine the best choices e) Discover and purchase new products and check the quality and popularity of those already on our shelves f) Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company g) Ensure the timely delivery of products and compliance with the contracts of purchase h) Monitor stock levels and make plans for buying within budget i) Create reports on sales, budgets and customer satisfaction and adjust your strategies accordingly j) Forge and maintain trust relationships with suppliers to promote fair dealing k) Attend events, fairs and exhibitions to remain up- to- date with the markets trends Salary:INR 2, 75, 000 - 5, 00, 000 P.A Industry:Retail / Wholesale Functional Area:Sales , Retail , Business Development Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Merchandiser Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG:Any Postgraduate, Post Graduation Not Required Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required Please refer to the Job description above
