Job Description

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Vasai (Candidates residing near Vasai only need to apply)

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machined, die cast, press, and plastic parts meet our stringent quality standards. This role involves detailed inspection processes and the preparation of comprehensive quality control reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inspection of Machined Parts: Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.

• Inspection of Die Cast Parts: Examine die cast parts for defects and ensure they conform to quality standards.

• Inspection of Press Parts: Inspect press parts for accuracy and quality, identifying any deviations from specifications.

• Inspection of Plastic Parts: Perform detailed inspections of plastic parts to detect any imperfections or inconsistencies.

• Preparation of Customer QC Reports and PPAP Documents: Compile and prepare detailed quality control reports and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents

for customer review.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a CNC machine shop or in incoming quality control.

• Skills Required:

Proficient in the operation of Vernier calipers.
Skilled in using micrometers.
Experienced in operating digital height gauges.
