Job Description
Roles and Responsibility- Ensure GMP compliance and oversee audit and documentation processes.
- Drive quality systems and manage regulatory requirements.
- Reduce deviations and ensure product quality for generic and ethical lines.
- Lead QA/QC teams and implement quality control measures.
- Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in both generic and ethical areas is required.
- Strong knowledge of GMP compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to drive quality systems and manage teams.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
